Dog registration renewal
Dunedin City Council sends out Dog Registration Applications in mid June each year and registration renewals can now be paid via our pay online service.
Please note: Payments for this year's Dog Registration Renewals are no longer being accepted over the website as the current renewal period has now ended. Please contact the Customer Services Agency 477 4000 if you have any questions.
Renewals will be available again for the next renewal period beginning June 2010.
Do you qualify?
If you have received a Dog Registration Application you can pay online.
Please check the following details are correct:
- Name of Owner
- Dog Address
- Postal Address
- Owner Date of Birth
If any of these details are incorrect, contact the Customer Services Agency 477 4000 prior to using this service.
Please note: only disc tags are available through the online service. If strip tags are required please re-register via mail, a Service Centre or by coming in to Council.
What do you need?
Please have the following information ready:
- Dog Registration Application received from Dunedin City Council.
- Your Visa or MasterCard.
A tax receipt confirming the renewal of registrations will be posted to you along with registration disc(s) for your dog(s) once the online application has been processed.
The registration fee must be paid in full (no part payments can be accepted). All amounts shown are in NZ dollars.
