Public Forums
In July 2008, the DCC adopted a new format for public forums.
Instead of a public forum being held at the start of each standing committee meeting, a separate stand-alone public forum will now be held as part of each meeting round.
A theme for each public forum will be advertised before each forum, although persons wishing to speak are not restricted to this theme/topic and may speak on any matter within the scope of the Council's activities.
Public forums will be held at 2.00 pm on the Wednesday following each Finance and Strategy Committee meeting.
If you wish to speak, you should advise the Public Forum Co-ordinator, Cath Swale (phone 474 3811), by 4.00 pm on the Thursday before each public forum.
