Kingsgate Hotel Dunedin terms and conditions

These terms and conditions, including confirmation and payment requirements apply to Kingsgate Hotel Dunedin Catering only, and do not apply to the Dunedin Centre.

Arrangements for food and beverage services can be confirmed by:

Pre-approved chargeback facilities with Millennium Hotels and Resorts
Supply of credit card name, number and expiry date
Payment in full of estimated total account seven days prior to function start date.

Where final numbers are not known, payment of maximum numbers will be paid and a refund issued for any outstanding amount within 10 days of the close of the function.

Final numbers for catering are required no less than three working days prior to the start of the function.

We are the exclusive supplier of food and beverage services at the Dunedin Centre and Dunedin Town Hall.

We are the holder of the liquor licence at the Dunedin Centre and Dunedin Town Hall. This means you may not bring your own beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
