Get MAD - make a difference!

As part of the national New World Clean Up Week, Keep Dunedin Beautiful is offering residents an opportunity to have a "little litter moment".

On Saturday 4 September KDB is asking the public, no matter where they are, to pick up rubbish/litter they might find. It might be on a sports field, beach or reserve, in your back yard, in town, out for a walk - anywhere at all but every little bit will help.

Keep Dunedin Beautiful will supply each person who registers with a large plastic bag (or 2) and plastic gloves. These bags will then be allowed to go out with the following week's scheduled kerbside rubbish collection ie during the week of 7 - 11 September only.

Make it a family affair or invite your neighbours/friends to join you.
