Food and your responsibilities

Any premises holding a liquor licence must also have a suitable range of reasonably priced food available. The quality and type of food will vary depending on the size and nature of the premises and clientele.

If you are preparing or storing food on the premises, you will need to be registered under the Food Hygiene Regulations 1974.
