Reporting meter faults and carpark building maintenance
We try to ensure all machines are working and all our buildings are clean and pleasant to be in. If you notice a faulty machine or a carpark building that needs attention, please contact us as soon as possible with as much information as you can.
Faulty Machines
If a machine is faulty, it will usually display a message directing you to use the nearest machine.
If the machine does not issue a receipt, do not go to another machine and pay for your parking twice.
Please let us know by calling 0800 FIXMETER. This number is displayed on every machine. We will need to know:
- The location of faulty machine
- The machine number - this is on the front panel display of the machines
- The time and date problem occurred
- Details of what the problem is
Building maintenance
If you notice damage, vandalism or anything else that needs fixing in one of our carpark buildings, please contact us. We will send someone to address the problem as soon as we know about it.
