Public notice of territorial authority's requirement for designation Section 168A of the Resource Management Act 1991

Dunedin City Council has undertaken consultation during 2008 and 2009 with those parties directly affected by the designation.  Details of the consultation are included in the Notice of Requirement documentation.

The Notice of Requirement, plans showing the extent of the requirement and the assessment of environmental effects, may be inspected at the following locations:
