Public notice of requirement by Aurora Energy Ltd for a designation, under Section 169 of the Resource Management Act 1991
Aurora Energy Ltd have lodged a notice of requirement for a designation to establish and operate freestanding switch gear structures and ripple injection equipment at 157 Helensburgh Road, adjacent to the Halfway Bush Electricity Substation at 48 Wakari Road.
The Notice of Requirement, plans showing the extent of the requirement and the assessment of environmental effects, may be inspected at the following locations:

The submission period closed 26 March, no submissions were received.
The Hearings Committee have considered the application and recommended that the Notice of Requirement be confirmed. Aurora Energy Ltd have accepted Councils recommendation.
