Planning fees and charges
Section 36 of the Resource Management Act 1991 enables us to charge additional fees to recover our costs when the fee is inadequate. This means that applications that exceed standard processing times may incur additional charges.
We may also refund part of the fee if the work required to process the application is minimal.
