Authority to approve property sales and purchase in excess of $100,000 and property development in excess of $1,000,000.
Committee Members:
- Mayor Peter Chin
- Cr John Bezett
- Cr Syd Brown
- Cr Richard Walls
- (with any other Standing Committee Chair as an alternative)
In addition, under Council rules the Mayor/Deputy Mayor is an "ex officio" member of every Committee.
