The Community Plan 2009/10 - 2018/19 contains information about community outcomes and what the council intends to do over the next 10 years.

The Community Plan 2009/10 - 2018/19 has been produced in two volumes. Volume 1 provides information about major city issues, projects and high level financial forecasts as well as describing the vision for the city, community outcomes and the Council's approach to sustainability.  Volume 2 describes the Council's activities, plans, policies, financial statements, fees and charges and community grants in more detail.
