10. Goods and Services:
Please attach quotes for all goods or services you will buy for your project, event or service. If the goods and services you will be buying cost more than $2000, you must obtain two quotes from different suppliers. You can attach these in the last section of this form.
11. Financial Accounts:
Please attach your organisation’s latest accounts e.g. balance sheet, statement of income and expenditure, or latest audited accounts. Financial information must show income from other funders e.g. Dunedin City Council, Department of Conservation, Otago Regional Council, Curious Minds, Community Organisation Grant Scheme (COGS), Lottery Board, Philanthropic Trusts. You can attach these in the last section of this form.
