Land use consent for the commercial hire of a licensed premise (with capacity for 180 persons)  generally within the upper level of the existing club rooms which includes two lounge areas, one to the north with bar facilities, and one to the south with a counter for food sales and an adjoining kitchen for functions.

Functions may operate in conjunction with the existing golf course and may include: conferences, Rotary and Lions Club functions, commercial business promotions, weddings and other social events. Many events include live music and events could occur conjunctively.

Access will be via existing Balmacewen Road access.
