Application description	Land use consent for the conversion of the existing woolshed building and adjacent outdoor areas (courtyard/ceremony area) for use as a wedding venue and/or other celebratory occasions/conferences/seminars. The venue will cater for up to a maximum capacity of 150 people on no more than 8 days in any calendar month. Vehicle access is via the existing public road off Tomahawk Road. A new car parking area is proposed on the upper slopes of the site. The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.
