| Application description | The existing two storey building, garage and shed are proposed to be demolished, and the site redeveloped involving earthworks and erection of a three-storey multi-unit development containing four residential accommodation units with each unit consisting of: For the sake of clarity each unit will contain 8 bedrooms, providing a total of 32 bedrooms on the site. Provision has been made for the inclusion of two lifts each to service two of the units. The foyer is located within the footprint of the existing garage on the site which will be demolished.
