Application description

The existing two storey building, garage and shed are proposed to be demolished, and the site redeveloped involving earthworks and erection of a three-storey multi-unit development containing four residential accommodation units with each unit consisting of:
*  Ground floor containing laundry facilities, open plan kitchen dining and living area, and two bedrooms each with an ensuite;
*  Second and third floors each containing laundry facilities and three bedrooms each with an ensuite;
*  A rooftop garden.

For the sake of clarity each unit will contain 8 bedrooms, providing a total of 32 bedrooms on the site.

Provision has been made for the inclusion of two lifts each to service two of the units. The foyer is located within the footprint of the existing garage on the site which will be demolished. Amenity spaces are provided by way of private court yards and balconies. There is provision for a utility area for clotheslines. Nine on-site car parks will be provided in the street level basement under unit 1 as will a storage area for rubbish and recycling bins.
