Application description

Resource consent is sought for residential activity in an Industrial Zone. It is proposed to establish a seven bedroom apartment in the vacant ground floor of an existing building, and reconfigure the existing consented residential apartments on the first floor to create one additional habitable room. The development includes changes to the non-street facade exterior walls including upper (60m2) and lower level (40m2) outdoor decks off apartment living areas. Existing ground level parking for four vehicles at the rear of the building is to remain and be supplemented by bicycle parking.
