This page provides information about what to do if you notice a faulty parking machine or damage in a car park building.
We try to ensure all machines areworking and all our buildings are clean and well maintained. If you notice afaulty machine or a car park building that needs attention, please contact usas soon as possible with as much information as you can.
If the machine will not accept payment or does not issue a receipt, you may occupy the parking space up to the maximum stay period, (there is no requirement to go to another machine and attempt to pay again).
Please let us know by calling 0800FIXMETER (0800 349 638). This number is displayed on every machine. It will help us to know:
- the location of faulty machine
- the machine number - this is on the front panel display of the machine
- the time and date the problem occurred
- details of the problem.
If you get an infringement and the machine was faulty, please call us on the 0800 FIXMETER number to let us know.
If you notice damage, vandalism or anything else that needs fixing in one of our carpark buildings, please contact us on 03 477 4000. We will send someone to address the problem as soon as we can.
