We’re currently reviewing all our Parks and Recreation management plans.
As required by the Reserves Act 1977, all Dunedin reserves must be administered by a management plan. They set out policies for management and use of reserves.
We carry out consultation in two stages; in the first stage, the DCC asks for residents’ opinions on new or current plans that need updating. Stage one feedback guides and influences the new draft plans.
In the second stage, residents can have their say on the draft plans. Feedback is considered by the Council and fed into the final plan.
