Geraldine Tait

Geraldine is the Coordinator for Senior-Link a day activity centre for elderly people based in Caversham. This is a non-profit organisation aimed at reducing social isolation by providing a programme of activities and an opportunity for elderly people to mix with their peers.

Geraldine has two adult daughters who both live in Wellington with their partners and she has one much adored grandson.

Geraldine has lived most of her adult life in Blueskin Bay and has been involved in a range of community and environmental groups and issues.

Geraldine’s interests include running a small farm, gardening, reading and taking an interest in local and national politics. She also enjoys walking her young and slightly silly dog at local beaches and reserves.
