Proposed road names, rationale, and consultation

Please note the following:

  • - Road names can be new or chosen from the Road name register
  • - Names must comply with the appropriateness criteria of the Road naming policy and there are some cases to avoid.
  • - Evidence of consultation must be submitted where required
  • - Names must be spelled correctly and be shorter than 15 characters. Suffixes that may be suggested by the applicant.
