Identification and concession rate
If you have a current Community Services card, Tertiary Student ID or a current Super Gold card you are entitled to the concession rate. The card must be shown at reception in order to get the discounted rate.
If you need a person in the pool with you because of a disability, entry for the support person is free (the swimmer pays their usual rate).
* Child - A child is anyone who has not left secondary school.
**Family - Family is either 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 4 children.
***Preschooler - Additional preschooler using toddler time.

The water slides at Moana Pool are now closed for refurbishment works and will not be opening as per normal for Friday evenings and weekends, or during the next two sets of school holidays. |
Waterslide / swim
Pool entry must be paid in addition to the slide costs. Children under 5 enter the waterslide for free but must pay for pool entry. Children under 5 must ride on the water slide with a paying adult.
If a child would like to use the waterslide after their swimming lesson or if they are going with a holiday programme and they have already paid pool entry, then an additional charge is payable at reception.
Group discounts
Group discounts may be available please call the Programme Co-ordinator. Prior bookings at least 7 days in advance are essential in order to receive the discounted rate. Bookings are only made between 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday by the Programme Co-ordinator.
