Pursuant to Sections 34A and and 104D, and after having regard to matters set out in Part II and Sections 104 of the Resource Management Act Act 1991, I hereby grant consent for a non-complying activity being the subdivision of the site legally described as Part Allotment 42 Deposited Plan 1824 (held in Computer Freehold Register OT164/192) subject to conditions imposed under sections 108 and 220 of the Act. The conditions are attached in a decision certificate.

The Consent Hearings Committee heard and considered the application at a hearing on 23 October 2015. The Committee granted consent tot he application on 18 November 2015. In granting consent it has required changes be made to the design of the lower car parking area to retain two additional trees.
