Parking

There is car parking for 80 vehicles, with a maximum stay of two hours. This includes disabled, e-car, e-bike and mobility scooter parking, plus a bike and scooter rack. There are e-vehicle and e-bike charging stations.

Accessibility friendly

The accessibility of this facility is one of its greatest strengths. Accessible features include pool access (every pool has a wheelchair ramp), signs, paths and changing facilities. Two water wheelchairs are available; please advise pool staff before your visit if you need to use one of our wheelchairs. All facilities are on the same floor.

Food/drink facilities

Snacks and drinks are available from the two vending machines.

Retail

A small shop sells togs, googles and other swimming accessories.

Hire togs and towels

Togs and towels can be hired for a small fee.

Changing rooms

There are large men’s and women’s changing rooms and six smaller family changing rooms; two with wheelchair access and one with a hoist.

Lockers

Lockers are available, to be locked with your own padlock, although lockable lockers are planned.

Lost property

The facility administrates a lost property service. Lost property is kept at the facility for two months before it’s re-homed. For value or hygiene purposes, some items are not included in this service. Please ask reception if you have lost an item.
