Adoption of Plan Change 14: Holyhead Street, Outram (Residential 5 Zone)
Pursuant to Clause 20(2) of the First Schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991, the Dunedin City Council gives notice that it has approved Plan Change 14: Holyhead Street, Outram (Residential 5 Zone) to the Dunedin City District Plan. Plan Change 14 will be operative with effect from Monday 13 July 2015.
Plan Change 14: Holyhead Street, Outram (Residential 5 Zone) re-zones part of the site at 94 Holyhead Street, Outram from Rural to Residential 5 zoning and provides for up to 25 additional residential sites.
The Plan Change amends sections 8: Residential and 18: Subdivision Activity in Volume 1 of the District Plan.
The Plan Change also amends planning maps 7, 67 and 75 in Volume 2 of the District Plan.
The District Plan as amended by Plan Change 14 will be available for inspection from Monday 13 July 2015 onwards at:
- Planning Enquiries, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, 50 The Octagon, Dunedin;
- The Public Libraries and service centres at Dunedin, Mosgiel, Blueskin Bay (Waitati), Port Chalmers, Middlemarch and Waikouaiti;
