Application to Environmental Health for a Mobile trading permit

You need a licence to operate a mobile trading shop of temporary stall in Dunedin. Apply by completing your licensee and mobile shop details below.

If you wish to trade on DCC owned or administered land (e.g. park, reserve, sports field, carpark, restricted road, footpath pedestrian area) then you will also need to complete the Application to operate mobile trading on DCC owned or administered land which is also at the bottom of the mobile shop details application

    Please note: DCC owned or administered land includes:

    • Parks, reserves and sports fields and carpark areas
    • Restricted roads, footpaths and pedestrian areas (a Traffic Management Plan may be required)
