Memorials

Only the owner of the burial rights may give permission for a memorial plaque or headstone to be erected or wording to be added to existing monument.

Maintenance of headstones is the responsibility of burial plot owners and family of the deceased. We do not take any responsibility for damage or vandalism to headstones, plaques, garden ornaments or statuettes.

If you want to remove a monument you must get our consent. If you want to restore or conserve any headstones or gravesites, you need to get permission from the owner of the burial rights or family of the deceased. All work should follow approved guidelines and be carried out by a professional tradesperson.

There are guidelines for the appropriate measurements of all plaques and headstones. Contact us to discuss these further.
