Public notice for adoption of Plan Change 16: Formby Street Outram (Residential 5 Zone)
Pursuant to Clause 20(2) of the First Schedule to the Resource Management Act 1991, the Dunedin City Council gives notice that it has approved Plan Change 16: Formby Street, Outram (Residential 5 Zone) to the Dunedin City District Plan. Plan Change 16 will be operative with effect from Monday 1 September 2014.
Plan Change 16: Formby Street, Outram (Residential 5 Zone) which re-zones approximately 4.9ha of the properties at 39A and 81 Formby Street, Outram from Rural to Residential 5 zoning and provides for 28 additional residential units.
The Plan Change amends sections 8: Residential and 18: Subdivision Activity in Volume 1 of the District Plan.
The Plan Change also amends planning maps 7, 67 and 75 in Volume 2 of the District Plan.
The District Plan as amended by Plan Change 16 will be available for inspection during working from Monday 1 September 2014 onwards at:
- Planning Enquiries, Customer Service Centre, Plaza, Civic Centre, 50 The Octagon, Dunedin
- The Public Libraries and service centres at Dunedin, Mosgiel, Blueskin Bay (Waitati), Port Chalmers, Middlemarch and Waikouaiti
