Paul Weir (Chair)

Kia ora koutou. I am humbled and grateful to be elected back again for the Saddle Hill Community Board, having had the privilege of being part of the Board for the last six years. I have enjoyed supporting and leading local projects and improvements of many of our facilities, and working with the Dunedin City Council to improve community assets.

I’m married, a proud dad of three and a University of Otago graduate with a background in surveying and mining. I am invested in the wider community, with children at Fairfield School and involvement in local sports. Having lived in Waldronville for ten years has given me an appreciation for the lifestyle our area provides for families.

I am excited about the opportunity to continue the work of ensuring our community is a great place to live.
