Volume Two contains the Schedules and Maps of the District Plan. These are freely downloadable in PDF format.

Status of Dunedin City District Plan (2006)

As of 19 August 2024, the proposed Dunedin City Second Generation District Plan (2GP) was made partially operative except for specific provisions and identified areas still subject to appeal. For provisions and areas still subject to appeal, the Dunedin City District Plan 2006 must also be considered.

Hardcopies of the Plan are available for viewing at Dunedin City Council service centres or at public libraries.

The Schedules and Maps are updated to include all operative Plan Changes and Designation Amendments (Notices of Requirement).  Other changes that occur by way of minor designation alterations, significant tree removals, or as error corrections are also reflected in the Schedules and Maps.
