The Dunedin City Council's Aquatic Services provide a range of community pools including Moana Pool, St Clair Pool, Mosgiel Pool and Port Chalmers Pool along with a multitude of fitness facilities, lots of training courses and heaps of entertainment for children.

Moana Pool has a range of swimming areas, a multitude of fitness facilities, lots of training courses and heaps of entertainment for children. This page lists the features of the various pools and slides in the Moana Pool facility.
Mosgiel Pool is a heated indoor facility. It was opened in the late 1930s, converted to a heated pool in 1967 and covered in 1982.
The pool was opened in 1961 and was roofed and reopened in 1982. This work was made possible through community and local funding.
St Clair Pool is an outdoor hot salt water pool built on a beautiful site at the southern end of St Clair beach. It is the only surviving salt water pool of several in Dunedin from the late 1800s. St Clair Pool opens for the summer season on the 1st October and closes on 31st March.
Our pool rules are designed for the safety and well being of ALL our customers, those that break these rules will be disciplined in accordance with our disciplinary procedures.
