Authorised Vehicle Permit

Paperless Authorised Vehicle Permit
From 1 October 2026, we are moving to a paperless system for Authorised Vehicle permits. Physical permit stickers will no longer be issued. Instead, vehicle registration details will be recorded in our parking enforcement system, allowing Parking Officers to verify a valid permit by scanning the vehicle registration plate.

The Authorised Vehicle Permit is provided to assist delivery vehicles to load or unload goods with minimum disruption to other road users.

Permits are not to be used for the purpose of banking, buying and selling goods, or while providing or engaging in any other service except the pick-up or delivery of goods.
