The Dunedin City Council wishes to give notice that it has made a decision on the submission to Plan Change 12: Code of Subdivision – District Plan Reference. The decision removes reference to the 1999 Code of Subdivision, and replaces it with reference to the DCC’s Code of Subdivision and Development approved on 19 August 2010.
Notice of the decision is given under Clause 10(4) of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991.
