| Building Services - Christmas close down period |

| From 20 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 inclusive, the statutory processing clock pauses as required by the Building Act. This means these dates don’t count toward the 20 working days Councils have to process applications. While most of our team will be on holiday, we’ll have a small number of staff available during this time to keep things moving where possible. |
| Resource Consents - Christmas close down period |

| In line with the Resource Management Act, the statutory processing clock stops over the Christmas period between 20 December 2025 and 10 January 2026. This period is excluded from the 20 working day period Councils are given to process applications. A limited number of our staff will be available to process applications during this period. |
| Alcohol Licensing - Christmas close down period |

| Alcohol licensing applications aren't processed from 20 December 2025 to 15 January 2026 as this is a shut down period required by legislation. Please check your expiry dates to ensure your licence doesn't lapse during this time. |
