Proposed parking changes at Garden Place

The Dunedin City Council is proposing to install four sections of no stopping lines outside 1 Garden Place, 2 Garden Place and 17 Garden Place, following complaints received from residents and bus drivers.

The proposal is highlighted in the map below. This change will provide adequate space for buses to manoeuvre around the centre island without needing to drive over the centre island to avoid parked cars, which is currently causing damage.
