DCC’s New ‘Fix It’ form now live

Whether it’s a pothole, a blocked drain or a faulty streetlight, the Dunedin City Council wants to know about it.

And to help you help us, we’ve just launched a new ‘Fix It’ page on the DCC website to make it easier to let us know what’s not working quite right.

Anyone who spots a problem with DCC assets – be it on our roading network, at our public facilities, or something else – is encouraged to use our form and let us know.

We’ll get our contractors out there as soon as possible to fix whatever the problem might be.

The new form can be found on the DCC website’s homepage, and includes new functionality designed to make the process quick and easy for anyone.

Among the new features, anyone submitting a ‘Fix It’ request will be automatically directed to the correct form based on their request. For some of the requests, there is an interactive map to help pin down the location of the problem.
