The Panel has had to revise its timeframes for issuing decisions on submissions for Hearing 4, due to the need for us to consider the NPS-HPL. We had given some consideration to issuing separate decisions for sites not affected by the NPS-HPL but have determined that this is not a practical option. Decisions on all submissions are now expected to be released in January 2023.
