I am a second-term councillor. I am also a self-employed jewellery shop owner along with my wife Jo, my fantastic staff, and my security dog Teddy.

A proud Dunedinite, I have spent my entire working life of 45 years on George Street. I spent 22 years working for my father’s business Weatherall Jewellers before starting my own jewellery business Brent Weatherall Jewellers in 2002.

Dunedin is a fantastic city whose future I intend to strengthen, along with attempting to retain affordability for all rate payers.
