My husband and I alongside our three young children farm a sheep and beef property just out of Middlemarch. We also have Rail Trail accommodation and a tourism business outside the region.

I am proactive, efficient, approachable, and willing to listen to gauge issues that affect you and your communities. I am involved in numerous community organisations including: Strath Taieri Playcentre, Strath Taieri School PTA, Strath Taieri Rugby Club administration, Middlemarch Golf Club and the community Food Fairies initiative.

I understand the pressures and challenges that rural communities face. I would maintain a balanced view, challenge where needed and operate with a mindset of fairness. Listening to make informed decisions and working alongside others to achieve results for the community. I understand the importance that good governance has to ensure the area thrives both now and into the future.
