My principal place of residence is in the Dunedin City Council area. I am also standing for Council - At Large.
I have spent my entire career as a self-employed business owner in Information Technology, which has taught me how to solve problems, deliver results, and stay accountable. My vision for Dunedin is grounded in common sense and sustainability, making decisions that serve both today’s residents and future generations. As Mayor, I want to ensure the city’s infrastructure is properly maintained, upgraded proactively, and planned thoughtfully with long-term benefit in mind. In 50 years, I want people to look back and say, they got it right. Achieving that means less political noise and more practical action: roads that work reliably, pipes that last, leadership that listens genuinely, and transparent decision-making that the community can trust. I believe in logic, independence, and open communication, not political ideology or short-term thinking. I am standing to make Dunedin a better place for everyone, not just for today, but for decades to come.
