Deeply grateful for the opportunity of serving as a full-time councillor, I’m running for a fourth term. While there are many Dunedins with competing aspirations, we as governors are, in my opinion, firstly responsible for the most at-risk residents and prioritising their needs. From here, we as a city can thrive together. My top two priorities for Ōtepoti Dunedin remain; That every child and young person knows the city has their back and no homelessness of any kind. I will continue to voice perspectives of marginalised communities including Pāsefika, Former Refugees and neighbourhoods such as Brockville where I grew up and live.
