My principal place of residence is in the Dunedin City Council area.
I will focus on three things that must change,
Homeless People without shelter, clothing, food, money or hope reduced to begging on the streets.
The cost of rates rising until pensioners lose their homes as pensions and benefits are consumed by unrelenting rate rises.
Struggling business due to poor turnover resulting in empty premises and unemployment for young and old with no end in sight and no plans to put it right.
So my priorities are:
- Steadily drive homelessness down and out.
- Support council to get costs down to stay down.
- Drive for business growth and innovation.
- Create employment and security for both the younger and the older generations.
I will reach out to the best supporters I can find that can make a difference. We have many capable people around us, I believe we can build a team capable of winning the battle.
