Proposed parking changes near 1 Stuart Street

The Dunedin City Council proposing to replace one paid sixty-minute (P60) car parks on Dunbar Street (adjacent to the property at 49 Stuart Street) with one two-hour (P120) mobility park.

This change will provide better access to the area for mobility parking permit holders, in particular to the Dunedin Ōtepoti District Court which has a wheelchair accessible entrance on Dunbar Street around the corner from the proposed mobility park location. The kerb at the proposed location will also be modified to ensure wheelchair access.
