Trade Waste Bylaw and Trade Waste Discharge Plan submissions

The Dunedin City Council wants to know what you think about the proposed Trade Waste Discharge Plan 2026 and the proposed Trade Waste Bylaw 2026

Submissions are due by 5pm, 18 September 2026.
Late submissions may not be accepted.

Please note that submissions are made public as part of the DCC’s decision-making process and will be included on the DCC website. Your name and submission will be included on papers available to the media and the public. Your feedback will only be used for purposes of the proposed Trade Waste Discharge Plan 2026 and the proposed Trade Waste Bylaw 2026 consultation.
