Youthline
Youthline's phone support is a national brand and is available at any time for those who need a listening ear.
There is also an independent branch here in Dunedin, Youthline Otago who were one of the first signatories to the Vision for Youth Services.
Youthline Otago has face-to-face counselling available on Thursdays and Fridays for youth. Our counsellors include a qualified counsellor as well as two counsellors in training (in their third year of their degree) who are able to work with clients between the ages of 16 and 24 years of age. The counselling is free and there is no set limit to the number of sessions available. Referrals may be made either by the individual or via an agency/professional.

Family Works supports children, young people and their families to be safe, strong and connected.
Its services include social work, foodbank, emergency response, financial mentoring, parenting support, youth development and community development programmes.
