I would be in favour of a sale BUT only if it were clear and established the projected dollar values being put about currently were realistic . It is obvious there is a lot of maintenance required on a tired and fairly run down asset so these numbers might just be that- “ numbers”. Also once the asset is sold it’s unlikely to be able to be afforded again so a democratic vote should be taken at the time of a sale to confirm that it will be the best that can be achieved.
