I don't see how an "investment" portfolio will benefit our people, it sounds more like a mini game for you guys. Personally I also don't see how a private third party person owning our power company will be more beneficial for our people then some debt. It puts our people in more detriment and risk over the long run. I'd much prefer the debt to be alleviated slowly overtime before the number jumps super low and people start borrowing again.
