The council have no mandate to sell Aurora or any other major asset. Past reforms in the electricity sector have not delivered. Aurora network was run down and money used to build the stadium. A mistake. Dont make another one. Lines companies are a monopoly and will deliver solid returns when not plundered. Selling will be a big mistake
