Incompetent management of the Company and disastrous oversight by the city council should not be rewarded by selling of an asset that will become more valuable overtime. No faith in any investment being managed for sustainability in the future. Keep it.
I have already submitted against the proposed sale and elected not to speak to my submission, but have subsequently decided to speak to it. Hence this second submission as an addendum to my original.
