Selling Aurora is a short term gain, but a long-term risk to our community. Selling Aurora will mean there will be less investment in power infrastructure and an appetite for maximising of profits for shareholders, so Dunedin residents (especially vulnerable people) will pay more for power. I strongly oppose this proposal. Sell the stadium, at least Aurora has potential to break even!
