The entire Aurora proceeds to pay off ALL DCC debt (as much as possible) and any left over to a fund. [Reason: DCC has lost alot of support/respect since the Stadium debacle, ie not shown itself able to listen to ratepayers whiist supporting special interest groups with loud voices]. Take it further, all non-core assets should be sold and repay debt and reduce our rates bill. The cost of living crisis is real for real people. If someone wants to use a non-core asset, let a non-DCC entity provide it and the user pays directly (if ratepayers really want such a service/asset).
